- Get off at the West Virginia University Exit (Exit 155) and turn left.
- At the second stoplight turn right towards Morgantown and WVU.
- Then go 1.5 miles to the second stoplight and turn left onto Patterson Drive.
- Follow Patterson Drive through the second stoplight and go straight onto Route 705.
- Then follow Route 705 approximately 1.1 miles and turn right onto Don Nehlen Drive (formerly Willowdale Road). There is a WWII army tank on display at the intersection.
- Turn left onto Northwestern Ave at the first stoplight.
- Go 1/10 mile and turn right onto Chestnut Ridge Road. The Queen Anne Apartment Community is 6/10 mile on the left.

- Get off at the Airport/Pierpont Road Exit (Exit 7) and turn right at the stoplight.
- Go 1.1 miles through the second stoplight and continue straight up the hill.
- Turn right at the second stoplight onto Route 705.
- At the first stoplight, turn left onto Stewartstown Road.
- Go 3/10 mile and turn right onto Chestnut Ridge Road
- The Queen Anne Colony Apartment Community is 1/10 mile on the right.
