I certify the information by the tenant application to be true and acknowledge that any false information submitted on this application by the tenant provides grounds for eviction at the Landlord's discretion.

Owner, reserves the right to regularly furnish information to consumer reporting agencies and other rental housing owners about performances of lease obligations by our residents. Such information, which may be reported at any time, includes both favorable and unfavorable information regarding resident’s compliance with the lease, rules, and financial obligation.

By submitting your application, you are granting permission for us to investigate your creditworthiness, character, employment, tenant conduct and rent payment history, and any other relevant background information to determine your suitability to rent an apartment from us. You further authorize financial institutions, credit card companies, any credit reporting/collection agency, any current or past employer or landlord, and anyone else having relevant information to provide us with such information (including consumer credit reports), and you release such parties from any liability whatsoever for providing information.
